I found the location convenient because it was near the metro. i also appreciated the breakfast spread as there were many options. the room had a physical key and mechanical bolt, so i felt very secure. the staff were friendly. I appreciated their help.
the gym lacked equipment. i found it to be a basic room with carpets and a few machines. it did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel.

the room was spacious with a nice coffee table and all necessary tea utensils i found the bathroom big and clean too they cleaned the room every day which was great the staff were very friendly always greeting me on my way in or out
i noticed some areas look a bit tired and could benefit from a refresh

The metro station near the hotel helped move around easily. I found Italian restaurants very close, so convenient! The staff was always available, helping with anything. I got a spacious room and always very clean, I just loved it!
I noticed the hotel charged extra money for things that I did not request.

I was thrilled with the convenient location near the metro station!!! it made getting around super easy. the staff were also so friendly and helpful. They really were really nice. i found my room very clean and well-kept! i also appreciated the fast and reliable wifi.
i did notice some slight wear and tear on the furniture, but it didn't affect my stay much.
